CARDBOARD PRODUCTION

Flat laminating and production of cardboard packaging, made of full board.

We have three state-of-the-art laminating production lines in our cardboard production department. One of these lines is used for flat laminating, which is used to produce game boards, tableaus, jigsaw puzzles and other flat cardboard products, mainly used in board games. The capacity of the line is up to 1,200 products per hour (depending on the size of the cardboard). Maximum format is 700×1000mm. The other two lines are used to produce cardboard boxes, premium coated cardboard packaging, with a capacity of up to 1,600 boxes per hour (again depending on the size). The machines can produce boxes from 60×80×15mm up to 400×600×210mm, so we can offer customers a very wide range of different dimensions.

In terms of quality and capacity, we rank among the 20% of the largest manufacturers in Europe, and in addition to high quality due to the way production is organised, we guarantee short delivery times and competitive prices, which are the result of the automation of powerful production lines. If necessary, we also fill the boxes on the line and wrap them with protective film. For the needs of particularly demanding customers, the boxes can be further customised (hot stamping, various inserts made of cardboard, foam and plastic, possibility of dressing the inserts, etc.).
